Nintendo announces Nintendo Direct partner Showcase
Nintendo has announced a Nintendo Direct partner showcase that will be aired on February 21st.
After weeks of wait, speculation, and rumors, the February Nintendo Direct has finally been announced. However, it is a 25-minute-long partner showcase, not a full-length Nintendo Direct.
The Direct will be an on-demand video that will be posted on February 21st at 6:00 a.m. PT via Nintendo’s YouTube channel.
That is 9:00 a.m ET, or 14:00 GMT.
Since this Direct will be a partner showcase and will only be 25 minutes long, the probability of big and interesting announcements is very slim.
We can only speculate on why Nintendo does not choose to do a full-length Nintendo Direct like they usually do every February, but it really does seem like Nintendo is slowing down its Nintendo Switch game production, most likely to prepare for its successor.
