An ultimate guide to where to find all business scrubs in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time might be over 25 years old, but the game holds so many secrets that even the most experienced players might not know them all. Hidden grottos are one of the game’s many secret locations, and some of them even hold Deku Scrubs that will offer the player items in exchange for rupees. These Deku Scrubs are known as Business Scrubs and are very important in a Randomizer run since they can give players pivotal items to progress within the game. This is a guide on where to find all the Business Scrubs in Ocarina of Time.
But first: to get items from a business scrub, you must defeat it and talk to it. The easiest way to defeat a Deku Scrub is to deflect the seeds it shoots at you with a shield or use a Deku Seed to stun it.

Lost Woods: Beside the bridge connecting Kokiri Forest and Hyrule Field
1 Business Scrub
The easiest Business Scrub to find is the one hiding near the bridge that connects Kokiri Forest to Hyrule Field. To reach it, go to the entrance of Lost Woods and then go left. Walk past the Skull Kid and enter the next room to the left. Go down the ladder and continue straight forward. The Deku Scrub will be located next to a gossip stone.

Lost Woods: Above the Deku Theater
2 Business Scrub
To find the location of the 2 Deku Scrubs above the Deku Theather, first enter the main entrance of Lost Woods, then head:
Right, left, right, left and left again.
You will find 2 Business Scrubs on each side of the room.

Lost Woods: Secret Grotto
2 Business Scrubs
To find the grotto with these two scrubs, you will need to have Bombs, Bombchus, or a Megaton Hammer in order to break a giant boulder blocking the entrance. To find your way to it, head to the entrance of Lost Woods, then head:

Hyrule Field: Secret Grotto near Lake Hylia
1 Business Scrubs
The Secret Grotto for this Business scrubs is located right outside the entrance to Lake Hylia. This grotto entrance is well hidden and can initially only be found with the help of Stone of Agony. But if you know the location of the entrance, you can easily open it with explosions. The easiest way to find it is to jump over the short fences, stand right in the middle between the fences, and drop a bomb. If you’ve dropped the bomb at the right spot, the entrance will appear. You can also open the entrance with the Megaton Hammer.

Lake Hylia: Secret Grotto behind the Tomb Stone
3 Business Scrubs
The Secret Grotto for these Business scrubs is found on one of the little islands connected by a bridge in the middle of Lake Hylia. The entrance will be revealed once you’ve pushed the tombstone out of the way. If you’re a child, you have to speak to Keapora Geabora to make him move out of the way (and not catch a ride with him to Hyrule Castle) in order to push the tombstone.

Sacred Forest Meadow: Secret Grotto

In the Secret Forest Meadow, outside the entrance to the Forest Temple, face the stairs and then go to the left corner. Play Song of Storms on your Ocarina, and the entrance to the Secret Grotto will appear. You will find 2 Business Scrubs inside.

Lon Lon Ranch
3 Business Scrubs
Enter the ranch area and continue left past the enclosure where all the horses are. When you reach the south-eastern corner of the ranch you will find an open grotto with 3 business scrubs inside.

Death Mountain Crater: Near the ladder
1 Business Scrubs
This Business Scrub can only be found as a child, and since it is within the Death Mountain Crater, you will have a limited amount of time to buy from it.
To find it, enter Death Mountain Crater from atop the Death Mountain and immediately head to the left. There you will see a ladder, head down the ladder (or just jump if you want to save some time, you might take some damage though) and you will find the Business Scrub.

Death Mountain Crater: Secret Grotto
3 Business Scrubs
Three Business Scrubs can be found in a grotto located under a boulder. When entering Death Mountain Crater from the secret passage from Goron City, you can see the boulder directly to the left. Break it with Megaton Hammer.

Zora’s River Secret Grotto
2 Business Scrubs
When entering Zora’s River from Hyrule Field, continue straight to the circle of rocks and stand in the middle of the rock formation. Play Song of Storms on your ocarina, and a grotto entrance will appear.

Gerudo Valley: Secret Grotto behind the tent
2 Business Scrubs
As an adult, head to Gerudo Valley and pass over the bridge. Behind the carpenter’s tent, you will need to play Song of Storms, and the entrance to the grotto will appear.

Desert Colossus: Secret Grotto
2 Business Scrubs
Stand on the warp platform for the Spirit Temple, face east and you will see a silver boulder. Grab it with the help of your Silver- or Golden Gauntlets, and you will find a grotto entrance underneath it. 2 Business Scrubs can be found inside.

Goron City: Open Grotto
3 Business Scrubs
This grotto is located to the right when you enter Goron City. Then, head down the first set of stairs where you see a lava pool. The grotto is on the other side of the lava pool. There are several ways to reach it.
Option 1: Stand on the edge of the lava pool and play Song of Time. A blue time block will appear in the lava pool. Jump on to it and use your Longshot on the target on the other side of the lava pool. You can not reach it with the standard Hookshot. Spawn another time block at the other side of the pool when heading back by playing Song of Time again.
Option 2: If you have the Goron Tunic, you. can use the regular Hookshot to reach the grapple target by standing in the lava. Make sure you have enough hearths since you most likely will take some damage.
Option 3: Use Nayru’s Love instead of Goron Tunic to avoid taking too much damage and do the same as option 2.

Dodongos Cavern: Secret Room 1
1 Business Scrub
When first entering Dodongos Cavern, head to the right of the room and bomb the bombable wall to reveal a passage. Go inside and head straight. Push one of the statues onto the blue switch in order to open the door. Defeat the Lizalfos on the other side and continue through the next door. In this next room, you will see a bombable wall. Bomb it and you will find the Business Scrubs on the other side.

2 Business Scrub
While facing the chest that gives you the Bomb Bag, look to your right and jump down the ledge. There, you will find a bombable wall. Break it and you will find 2 Business Scrubs inside a secret room.

In the room where you take the lift up to the middle level of the dungeon. Defeat the Octorok and jump in the water. Dive down and swim through a hole to find the Business Scrub on the other side.

On the bottom floor of Ganons Castle, right underneath the bridge leading to the staircase that leads up to Ganondorf, use Lens of Truth to find a secret passage in the wall. On the other side, you will find 4 scrubs.
